Shipping

We ship from Cypress, Texas to addresses within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1 business day. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order, and tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Shipping prices and delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates. They are not guaranteed and may change because of carrier delays, weather or other events outside our control.

Returns

• You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
• Contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without first requesting one will not be accepted.
• You are responsible for return shipping.
• A 10% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
